I’m sitting here writing, and I still can’t believe it’s October. Florida Fall is in full swing, and I am loving every bit of it. I actually added some burnt orange and mustard to my wardrobe this year, and I have to say it’s been a fun experiment. More on that later, though.
Okay, so I discovered this gem of a drink in a little Pensacola coffee shop during Hurricane Matthew. I was stuck in a hotel room for a little too long, and when I finally got out, this coffee was just the pick-me up I needed on a clear, fall afternoon.
I usually drink my coffee black, so I was a little hesitant, to say the least, about putting anything creamy in there, but this was totally worth the flavor change. Angelino Iced Coffee is made by mixing equal parts cream and cold brew iced coffee (best cold brew recipe ever), and then adding some vanilla syrup. So simple, right?!? I’m going to make it at home, and when I’m done I’ll let you know if it’s just as good as it was on my little vacay. I think it will be pretty amazing.
